Mint Delight and National Cheese Pizza Day

First the Mint Delight.  I love icebox cake and I had a hankering for Spearmint and we needed a dessert to eat while we watched a drama, so I decided to make an icebox cake!  I used Whipping Cream, Chocolate Graham Crackers, Spearmint Extract and Milk Chocolate.

Last Saturday also happened to be National Cheese Pizza Day.  So we made Cheese pizza.

The Sauce.  Homemade of course.

Parmesan Cheese. (in the jar)

Mozzarella.

Monterey Jack.

Cheddar.

Swiss.

Feta.

Provolone.  It was deli sliced so I just cut it into strips.
