Leap Day

Happy Leap Day folks!!  Have you seen today's Google Doodle?  It is perfectly adorable!!  Although it is only the last day of February, it is already feeling like spring here!  Most of the snow is gone and the robins are back.  I am waiting for it to dry up a bit before digging out and weeding the Rhubarb beds.  I am hoping for a big crop of Rhubarb this year because you can make so many delicious things with it.
Since it is Leap Day, I am going to watch Leap Year tonight.  I know that it is rather cheesy and has a few major mess ups, but it is still amusing.
I am also counting down the hours until I can watch episode 14 of Healer tomorrow night.  I am currently bleeding all over the place because at the end of episode 13 (last night) my second favorite guy was poisoned and I don't think that he lives.  It is sooooo sad!!  Especially how his death is going to hurt the Hero.
I know that this has been a really rambling post, but what did/are you all doing for Leap Day?

    1. Healer is a Korean Drama about a Night Courier. I LOVE it. You can find it with English subtitles on Hulu for free.

    4. Ah, I can't email you--not because I don't trust you, but because it's a school email and I'm not allowed to use it for non-school related things. But we can chat about it in the comments if you'd like! I will certainly let you know when/if I watch it!

  2. I loved the Google Doodle, too! Leap Year is such a fun movie, if you can put some of the super chick flick elements aside ;)

I gotta say, I've never ever had rhubarb before, to my knowledge. Is it good?

I took the Jane Austen quiz you linked to, and even though I came out as Elanor Dashwood, I am a perfect mix of her and Fanny Price by reading the descriptions!

Speaking of Celtic (okay not really, but I'm new here), have you tried the Celtic Knot in your hair? I wish I could manage it, because it's sooo beautiful. But I cannot manage to do it on myself. Yet :D

I ate chocolate and blogged for Leap Day, over at http://theleft-handedtypist.blogspot.com ;D

    1. Exactly!! Or the fact that Dingle, Ireland is on the west side of the island and Wales is on the EAST side!! So they would have had to go all the way around the end of the island!

Oh!! Some of the stuff that you can make with Rhubarb is swooningly delicious!!

      :)

I haven't tried it in my hair, but I can't do it on myself. The most I can manage on myself is a simple braid or bun, but I have done the knot on sisters.

      Yes, Chocolate!!!!

  3. Man, it's been hot where I live since the beginning of February. I want spring but I don't want an early summer, lol. And aww Leap Year is so cute!

Be strong! Healer is a great K-drama; it definitely rips out the heart at times!
