Jane Austen Mounts

I love horses and I am always ogling over the horses in the Period Dramas that I watch.  So I thought that I would share a few of my favorite horses with you all.

1995 Sense & Sensibility ~ Colonel Brandon's horse.
Colonel Brandon. I can't believe he ends up with Marianne! What!?! They are nothing a like and he's waaaay older than her! What was jane thinking!?!:

1996 Emma ~ Frank Churchill's horse

This is a gorgeous horse.  But I don't really like this Frank.....

Rupert Evans
I first saw Rupert Evans as Frederick Hale in the 2004 North & South and I love Fred so when I saw him (Rupert) as Frank, I couldn't dislike him quite as much as I do in the book.

    YES <3 :) I hadn't really noticed the horses that much *ducks*, but now that you mention and picture them, they are beauteous.

      You can toss that back now. That was my copy of FOTR and I need to finish reading it! ;) They are gorgeuos!!
