An old friend (whom I no longer have contact with) gave him to me and he makes a very nice pillow. And he is very cuddle-able. And seeing him brings back good memories. Also, when I am watching movies, I like to squeeze things at the exciting parts. I used to squeeze Mel's hand, but since I apparently can't squeeze gently, I would bruise her hand. So Frank is very useful for squeezing!
Sometimes I will also wring my hands during the exciting parts, and if I am wearing my ring, I hurts, so with Frank, I can take off my ring, but not be in danger of losing it. |
So that is Frank, folks, and now begins, "Operation Take Frank To The Movies". I want to take Frank with me if I go to watch Beauty and the Beast in theater next March, but Mom thinks it's a horrible idea. One friend suggested slipping him into my purse, but as you can see, he is a little too big for that! So I need some way to convince Mom to let me take him.
I don't have an animal, but for some parts of movies I run away or hide under a blanket or find something else to do. Scary or awkward parts (like much of Northanger Abbey and many Mrs. Bennet scenes).
ReplyDeleteI don't leave anymore, but the first time i watched The Shadow Riders, I left at a slightly scary part. Mrs. Bennet scenes just make me go, "For goodness sake!! Would some one knock some sense into that woman!"

ReplyDeleteI knew it would crack you up!
DeleteHello, Frank!
ReplyDeleteGood luck getting him to the movies! I know he'll get there eventually :)
